WMS layers

A list of WMS services are proposed. This list of server is coming from the GeoNetwork node of the Sandre which have metadata on services. The Cartoweb plugin could also be initialized using a list of service using ini file.This plugin is a light version of the wmsBrowser of CW without the server manager popup. It delegates the managementof metadata on services to another tool such as GeoNetwork.

Two GeoNetwork nodes are registered (Sandre and FAO). The search will query GeoNetwork node and get the list of layers registered having a WMS service in the area of interest. The geographic atlas on the website of the ogcviewer allows the public to access all reference datasets on the water domain for France. Users can export data as ESRI Shapefiles, filter data based on NUTS area and overlap different background maps (Satellite images, BDCarto, Geology, ...) or all WMS layers.
